Where will the driver wait?
Standard pickup is at the short-stay car park at your terminal (a few minutes' walk from arrivals). With Meet & Greet (+£15), the driver waits inside arrivals holding a name board.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. The driver's pickup time auto-adjusts and the first hour after landing is free. No charges for delays.
How long is the drive from Luton?
About 1h 30m off-peak via the M1/M25/M23 — give it 2 hours at peak times. We'll suggest a pickup time based on your check-in window.
