How do I book a taxi?
Enter your pickup and drop-off in the quote widget at the top of any page. Pick a date and time, choose a vehicle, fill in your details, and confirm. The whole thing takes about 60 seconds. Or call us on 01582 490 490 — our team will book you over the phone.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book any time from a couple of hours before pickup to several months ahead. The further ahead you book, the more flexibility we have on driver allocation.
How do I pay?
Three options: cash to the driver, card to the driver (contactless or chip-and-PIN in the car), or pre-pay online by card via Stripe. There's no card-on-file requirement — you choose at booking.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation any time before we dispatch the driver — usually 30 minutes before a Luton-airport pickup, longer for out-of-town pickups depending on distance. After dispatch we'll charge a fair fee to cover the driver's allocated time.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, free of charge before the driver is dispatched. Call 01582 490 490 with your booking ID and we'll update it.
Vehicles & luggage
What vehicles do you offer?
Saloon (4 passengers, 2 suitcases, 2 hand bags - e.g. VW Passat), Estate (4 passengers, 3 suitcases, 3 hand bags - Skoda Octavia Estate), MPV (5 passengers, 2 suitcases, 5 hand bags - OR 4 passengers, 4 suitcases, 4 hand bags - Ford Galaxy), Business Class (Mercedes E-Class, 4 passengers, 2 suitcases, 2 hand bags), and 8-Seater (8 passengers, 6 suitcases, 8 hand bags - Mercedes Vito). Suitcases are large checked bags; hand bags are small cabin bags you keep with you. Pick what fits when you book.
Will my luggage fit?
Tell us what you're carrying when booking and we'll right-size the vehicle. As a rule of thumb (suitcases + hand bags): Saloon = 2 + 2. Estate = 3 + 3. MPV = 2 + 5 (or 4 + 4). Business Class = 2 + 2. 8-Seater = 6 + 8.
Do you provide child or baby seats?
Yes — booster, child or infant seats at no extra charge. Just mention it in the booking notes and the driver will fit the right seat before pickup.
At the airport
What if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight in real time — you don't need to call us. Pickup time is automatically adjusted. The first hour of waiting after you've landed is included; we'll never charge extra for delays.
Do you do Meet & Greet?
Yes — for £15 the driver waits in arrivals holding a name board. Without Meet & Greet, the driver waits at the airport's designated pickup area (usually a few minutes' walk). We only recommend Meet & Greet for language barriers or first-time visitors.
Where will the driver pick me up at Luton Airport?
Standard pickup is at Terminal Car Park 2 (the express drop-off area, 7 minutes' walk from the terminal). With Meet & Greet, the driver meets you in arrivals.
Do you cover other airports apart from Luton?
Yes — every major UK airport. Heathrow (LHR), Gatwick (LGW), Stansted (STN), London City (LCY), Southend (SEN), Birmingham (BHX), Manchester (MAN), and more. Same fixed-price guarantee, same drivers.
Pricing
Are prices fixed?
Yes. The total fare you see when you book is locked in — it doesn't change with weather, traffic, or time of day. No surge pricing, ever.
What's included in the price?
Airport pickup/drop-off charges, the first hour of waiting time after landing, road tolls, and the driver's time. The London Congestion Charge (£18) is added only when your pickup time falls within the charging hours and the route passes through Central London — clearly shown in your quote.
Do you charge extra for luggage or passengers?
No — the price is per vehicle, not per person. Just pick a vehicle that fits your group and luggage when you book.
