What we’re tracking

Events & seasonal travel.

Concerts, sport, school holidays — the dates we’re watching so we can crew up. No surge, no surprises, even on the busy nights.

We track local event calendars (concerts at the Roundhouse, sport at Kenilworth Road, school holidays and bank holidays) so we can put extra drivers on. Our pricing is the same on a Friday night as a Tuesday lunchtime — and we’ll know if your route home is going to be slow.

Things to plan around

Christmas & New Year
Late December — airport pickups peak. Book at least 48h ahead for the 23rd-26th and the 30th-2nd.
Summer school holidays
Mid-July to early September — busy at LTN, especially Saturdays. Allow extra airport buffer.
Easter weekend
Good Friday and Easter Monday are bank holidays — same fares, but heavy outbound on the Thursday before.
Luton Town home matches
Kenilworth Road kickoffs — St Albans Road and Dunstable Road get tight ~90 min before and after.
Concerts & events
Roundhouse and Hat Factory shows — we’ll route you around any closures and pre-lock your return cab.
Half-term week
February, May, October half-terms — airport demand jumps. Same fixed fares.
Pre-booking helps

For any event or busy date — book a few days ahead. We’ll ringfence a driver for you, and the fixed fare locks in regardless of how much demand picks up.
